x) I recommend installing the JEI mod and in the search bar write @sexmod, that should show you every item the mod adds, wich includes the spawner for almost all the girls it adds. The only girl you can't spawn is the goblin queen, but you can find them with the command /locateNearestGoblinLair i think it was.
